My classes schedule: your questions answered

Keep your family’s week of classes in one place, on your computer, tablet or phone, and print it for the fridge. Here’s how it works and how we look after your information.

Your schedule

What is My classes schedule?

Your week of classes in one place. It shows the classes your family goes to day by day, what’s on next, and lets you add each one to your calendar. You’ll find it on My Account and Favourite Listings when you’re logged in.

It’s saved to your account, so it’s the same on your computer, tablet and phone.

How do I add a class?

Save the class to your favourites first, by tapping the heart on its page or in your search results. Then choose + Add to my schedule, either on the class’s page, on its card in your favourites, or with + My schedule in your search results.

If the class runs more than once a week, choose the sessions you go to.

A class we go to isn’t on What’s On 4 Kids. Can I still add it?

Yes. Choose + Add a class that’s not on What’s On 4 Kids on your schedule and enter its name, town, days and times. Only you can see it.

As you type, we may suggest a matching class that is on What’s On 4 Kids. If the class joins us later, we’ll offer to swap yours for the full listing, keeping your days and times.

The class doesn’t show its days and times. What can I do?

Some classes haven’t listed their days and times yet. Choose + Add with my days and times on the class’s card in your favourites and enter when you go. It then appears in your schedule, marked as your times.

How do I take a class out?

Press Remove on the class in your schedule. If you go more than once a week, only that session is removed. Taking a class out of your favourites also takes it out of your schedule. Classes you added yourself stay until you remove them.

Can I show which of my children go to each class?

Yes. If you’ve added your children to your account, press + Who goes? on a class and tick who goes. You can then show the whole family’s week, or just one child’s, using the names at the top of your schedule.

Can I print my week?

Yes. Under your week, press Print our week for a colourful one-page printout to pop on the fridge. Each day has its own colour, with every class in its time slot, its start time, the full venue address and the class’s logo.

There’s space to write notes, like kit to pack, payments due or term dates, and a QR code to scan with your phone to see or change your schedule. It prints on one A4 page, landscape. If you’ve chosen one child’s name at the top, only their classes are printed.

Can I share my week?

Yes. Under your week, press Make a picture to make a picture of your week to post or send. It shows only the class names and logos, never days, times, places or your children’s names, and you can change any name before you share it. Then choose Share picture or Download picture. The picture is made on your own device.

What happens if a class stops being listed?

It stays in your schedule with a note, so you know. If the class comes back, so will its days and times. You can remove it at any time.

Reminders and help

Can I get a reminder before each class?

Yes. Choose Add to calendar on a class to add it to your phone or computer’s calendar, with a reminder an hour before.

Is there a What’s On 4 Kids app?

Not yet. Our app is coming in 2027, with reminders on your phone before each class. Your schedule will be there waiting for you. In the meantime, the website works well on your phone.

Can Alice help me?

Yes. When you’re logged in, press Ask Alice on any of your account pages. Alice is our AI helper bee. She can answer questions about your schedule, alerts and account, and suggest activities that suit your children.

To give better ideas, Alice sees the ages and interests of the children on your account, never their names. We keep your questions and Alice’s answers, with your email address, for 12 months so our team can help and improve her. Alice is AI and can make mistakes.

Your information

What do you keep about my schedule?

The classes in your schedule and the sessions you go to, any classes you add yourself (with the name, town, days and times you enter), times you add for a class, and which of your children go to each class. For children, we keep only a reference number from your account, never their names.

Your schedule is saved with your email address, so it appears when you log in and our team can help you with it.

Who can see my schedule?

You, when you’re logged in, and our team. Our team can see which members use the schedule, how many classes are in it, when it was last updated, and whether you’ve printed your week or made and shared a picture (never the picture itself), so we can help you and keep improving it.

They also see totals, such as how many families go to each class and on which days, and the names and towns of classes families have added themselves, so we can invite those classes to join us. We never share your schedule with the classes or anyone else.

How long do you keep it?

Until you remove the classes in it. If you delete your account, we delete your schedule too. You can read more in our privacy policy.
